Class, Service Hours, Retreat

Confirmation establishes you in your faith. It is no longer your parents church that you attend. It is YOUR church!!! In this Sacrament you get the chance to confirm to the whole church all of your beliefs. You are an adult in the church. Confirmation preparation is a two year process in accordance with the guidelines for the Diocese of Palm Beach.

Confirmation I

The Confirmation journey for youth at St. Peter begins in grade 8.

This year our Confirmation I preparation will be through online learning supervised by the youth's parent and aided by their Small Group Leaders.

The program will consist of online assignments through Google Classroom, monthly Small Group meetings, weekly Mass attendance, Service Hours and a Retreat.

Confirmation I will begin
January 24, 2021 with the

Parent & Teen Meeting.

Registration will take place
December 2 - January 13.

Confirmation II

Our Confirmation II program this year to allow teens to prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation and further their journey of faith while keeping everyone safe.

Confirmation II preparation will be through online learning supervised by the teen's parent and aided by their Small Group Leader.

This is a first for our parish and we are working to create a program involving assignments completed at the teens pace through Google Classroom along with required Zoom Chats with their Small Group Leader. It is our intent to go back to our traditional program next year.

Confirmation II teens along with all high school teens are invited to participate in our Lifeteen Youth Ministry.
